Correct Connect Double Neck Strap

Not only do I love the design of it, but also the quality of this neck strap. Soft leather, easy buckle adjustments to size, snaps onto the pommel rings to keep in place - all make it work. The fast service was a nice bonus too!

I love this! Easy to put on and take off and allows for a lot of adjustment. It makes me feel safe on my young tb mare; I keep just a finger around the handle, and it prevents me from catching her in the mouth when she spooks or when I’m jumping. I love it!

I absolutely love my correct connect "pop up" neck strap as I call it. I've always been a grab mane kinda girl but I purchased one when riding a spooky horse with a sparce mane and it worked perfectly. Unlike most grab straps right at the pommel, this is further out on the horse's neck in a much better place for grabbing when things get exciting. An like all the correct connect items I've purchased, the quality is fantastic!

Hi! My donkey is a tough one to ‘fit’ with a saddle . . . very little ‘withers’ to work with. This is a fantastic and much needed piece of equipment for any rider. It sits in a place that allows you to balance without getting your hands too close to the pommel. It is great for riding green horses, for longing exercises without reins and stirrups, for balancing over fences without catching your horse in the mouth, and a little extra insurance out on the trail. It is study and supportive, and is made from excellent quality supple leather. I bought the pony size for my Icelandic mare and it is a perfect fit. Very happy with my purchase!

I was thrilled when I received the black neck strap from Correct connect. It came in a Beautiful bag, such a nice presentation. I pulled out a well made strap that had padding in all the right places and fit my horse like a glove. I’m a hard one to impress with leather products being in the horse business for 50 years, but I was blown away that day when my box arrived and out came a product that was better then expected!!

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and it was an instant hit with all of us. She loves it because it gives her the confidence she needs on a green pony, and I love it because it’s a great reference and reminder where to leave her hands when she isn’t using them. Most importantly, the pony is happy with a steady, confident rider! The standard/full size fit her large pony just fine!

It puts your hands in the best position, minimising interferance with the mouth.

Very nice leather! I love the double straps I am an older rider and it gives me great security!!!! You can add a martingale to it also! Worth the money!!

Love this neck strap with handle it has helped me understand how much I go to my hands for control before my seat and legs. This is helping me create a more trusting relationship with my horse which she appreciates so much by stopping me pulling on her mouth 3 strides out before the jump especially useful in lines. Would recommend this to any level of rider where you have a horse sensitive to rein contact .

I knew from the size chart that my pony needed the horse size neck strap. He was a stallion until he was 5 so his neck is massive, but not long. He’s on the second hole on both sides of the neck strap and on hole 10 of the connector straps. Perfect fit with my dressage saddle and it gives me that little bit extra security in my old age 😊 Excuse the western bridle with the dressage saddle. It’s his current favorite bit.

The double neck strap gave me a very secure feeling on my young horse.
Now that I am relaxed, my horse relaxes as well.
He accepts the Strap very well, even when I hold it constantly.

I was cautious about spending the money for the Correct Connect neck strap but I am so glad I did! I was in love from the moment I took it out of the package. It is buttery soft, so supple, beautiful quality, fits perfectly and gives me the security in the saddle I need as an older lady returning to riding on a very green horse.

Truly, my confidence strap. My riding, especially the canter has taken on a whole new dimension. Even if I don't use it, I know it is there for "issues"! Has increased my confidence in my riding. I've been recommending them to the other "older" ladies in the barn.

After having a baby my balance and endurance aren't the same.
I use my neck strap out fox hunting, it keeps my hands quiet on the gallops and over rocky terrains. I cant ride without my neck strap.
